Erica completed her training at the Denver Integrative Massage School where she studied Swedish and Thai Yoga massage. She specializes in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and Thai yoga massage, a compassionate healing approach that combines compression, passive stretching, and acupressure. Erica’s intuitive approach to massage combines a range of techniques to address the specific needs and goals of her clients in order to enhance their health, well-being, and quality of life. As a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200), she has years of experience observing and working with bodies of all types and brings a holistic approach to facilitating healing and relaxation. Erica is dedicated to her clients’ comfort and believes that the results of skillful massage can be life-changing. In her free time she enjoys yoga and meditation, seeing and playing live music, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.
