Midday Slow Flow: A gentle vinyasa class, Slow Flow, is a great way balance the body and ease the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, allowing their breath to guide them as they move through a series of poses. This is an open level, beginner friendly class.

Casey began her yoga journey in 2012 at a fitness studio. . Since then, Casey has explored many styles of movement and flow. Yoga, in its many forms, has become part of her daily practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training through Yoga Six in St. Louis, MO in 2017.
As a teacher, Casey blends the physical practice of yoga with mindfulness and meditation techniques. She creates a welcoming environment for students to safely move between poses, with attention to alignment and breath. Casey teaches Vinyasa, all levels flow, and deep stretch.
Deep Stretch: A class centered around deep stretching of the hips, hamstrings and upper back, Deep Stretch is great for all students, beginner to advanced. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes. Walk in tight and tired, and walk out open and refreshed.
